| Noise,wear parts and some other issues caused by vibrations,which is urgently needed to avoid technical engineering when Rail vehicles is running.Rubber products become an integral vibration and noise components in rail vehicles damping system,for its quality of small with large carrying and some other characteristics.Its main function is to supporting,cushioning,and damping.The ambient temperatures in some areas were as low as-40 ℃,in winter.To protect the rail vehicles damping system stable operation at a low temperature environment.Reasonable assessment load-bearing Characteristics for Rubber spring at low temperature were critical.This thesis studies mechanical properties of dynamic or static bearing on rubber elastic product at low temperature,to the rational use rubber elastic product,provide technical guidance of engineering design,has the practical significance.In this paper,in a typical rail vehicle damping system components-conical rubber spring as the object,study on dynamic and static load performance,mainly the following four aspects of work was implemented:1,Uniaxial tensile tests were conducted on rubber at 20℃,0℃,-10℃,-20℃,-30℃ and-40℃.The experimental data were fitted and got the material parameters in those temperatures.The temperature factor were defined for rubber material,and the expression of temperature were giving Temperature factor were used to describe the impact of ambient temperature on the mechanical properties of rubber materials Stiffness of rubber element at low temperature were predicted2,Static stiffness test of cone rubber spring were conducted on rubber at 20 ℃,0 ℃,-10 ℃,-20 ℃,-30 ℃ and-40 ℃.The influence of temperature was studied on the bearing static characteristics of rubber elastic element.Static stiffness prediction method were discussed.The temperature factor correction method,low temperature constitutive method,and the temperature field method were exposed.The result of cone rubber spring static stiffness test bench were used to evaluation the applicability ofthose three methods and error analysis.3,Frequency scanning test were conducted on rubber at 20℃,0℃,-10℃,-20℃,-30℃ and-40℃,and got the viscoelastic constitutive model parameters of rubber material in different temperatures.Those parameters were prepare to predicted dynamic mechanics performance of rubber element.The WFL equation of rubber material were fitted Orthogonal experiment design method were used design dynamic load-bearing characteristic experiment of cone shape rubber spring.The influence of temperature,frequency,load amplitude on dynamic load-bearing characteristic of rubber element were studied.ABAQUS software were used to predicted dynamic load-bearing characteristic of cone rubber spring in different temperature,frequency and load amplitude,and verified by bench. |
