Because of the outstanding performance of simple structure smaller size,higher efficiency,lower noise and higher power density,Permanent magnet synchronous motor?PMSM?acquires more and more attention and favor.However,Permanent magnet,in a complex industrial operation conditions,may emerge a situation of loss,would seriously affect the efficiency and performance,even result in permanent magnet synchronous motor control system failure.So,it's very important to monitor the situation of permanent magnet in the way of online and real-time.In this paper,a detailed study object is surface mounted PMSM,The excitation mechanism of permanent magnet was analyzed,starting after PMSM loss of magnetic equation of State,In the way of online and real-time,based on Unscented Kalman filter observation of permanent magnet synchronous motor of permanent magnet flux information programme is proposed.This are main works:First,based on the coordinate systems' transform,the mathematical model of PMSM,in different coordinate systems,are established,and the paper analyzed different strategies of vector control,determined based on id=0 vector control strategy.Second,according to PMSM of mathematics analysis,from the side of solving nonlinear dynamic system of optimal state estimated value,The feasibility of monitoring motor rotor magnetic chain,a system internal parameter,is certificated,the paper described the solution of solving optimal estimated value of Recursive Bayesian method,analyses the solution that reducing,in Bayesian method,the high dimension number points operation of different method,established the unscented Kalman filter that a optimal state estimated algorithm,using physical variable in the vector control system,established motor stator current id ?iq and rotor magnetic chain ?rd??rq for state variable of state equation,and the estimation process of Kalman filter for rotor flux was analyzed.In the RT-LAB HIL simulation platform,the simulation model of permanent magnet detection system on UKF was established.Under no load and light load and full load,only amplitude excitation force of permanent magnet,permanent magnet only angle offset,amplitude ofpermanent magnet excitation and angle offsets and different conditions of motor parameter be changed,the results of PMSM parameter of speed,torque and stator current,permanent magnet flux were analyzed,what's more,the effectiveness of the plan was verified.Last,The permanent magnet synchronous motor based on micro processor TMS320F2812 control platform designed for permanent magnet synchronous motor flux parameters on-line monitoring software modules.Hardware includes power drive module,signal sampling conditioning module and control circuit module.Main function of software includes control system based on id=0 control strategy module,module interrupt function module and the UKF observer.And the system was debugged.
