With the rapid development of modern logistics industry, enterprise of warehousing industry continues to make personalized demand, these personalized needs both to warehousing industry development opportunities, also brought a challenge at the same time, for large-scale logistics and warehousing environment, traditional storage security surveillance system has been unable to meet the demand, research new storage safety monitoring system is imminent, for traditional storage security surveillance system, this paper presents using mobile car replacing fixed sensor safety monitoring of ideas.According to the demand of large storage safety monitoring, the thesis analyzes the functional requirements of the mobile robot, and designs the mechanical structure of the large storage and safety monitoring system. Secondly, the hardware design of the car, according to the overall design of the system, the system of the microprocessor selection, power circuit, JTAG debug circuit, ultrasonic detection ranging, safety monitoring and acquisition circuit design. The system selects the ARM processor STM32F103 series chip STM32F103ZET6 as the system processor, AM2301 digital temperature and humidity sensor to collect the temperature and humidity signal, MQ-2 smoke sensor collects the gas smoke signal, DYP-ME007 ultrasonic ranging module carries on the ultrasonic ranging. The communication module of the car is a CC1101 wireless transceiver module.This thesis researched the algorithm of a mobile vehicle obstacle avoidance. Combined with the actual situation of the car, the thesis detailed designed the car obstacle avoidance algorithm by the fuzzy neural network. It make the car obstacle avoidance system to output obstacle avoidance information.Finally, this thesis carries on the programming design to each functional module of the system, and gives the program flow chart of each module and the core code.In this thesis, the design of large storage safety monitoring mobile car can efficiently achieve obstacle avoidance operation, through the temperature, humidity, smoke gas real-time monitoring large warehouse site security, in industrial applications has certain use value, and has certain guiding significance and reference value for the design of similar intelligent vehicle.
