Polycarboxylate superplasticizer is currently the best performance of an efficient water reducer, and it is widely used in concrete engineering. However, as the research and application of polycarboxylate superplasticizer continues recently, a large number of research and engineering examples show that there are many compatibility problems existed between the concrete material and polycarboxylate superplasticizer. Particularly, the clay in mineral sands greatly restricted the polycarboxylate superplasticizer applications. It seriously affects the polycarboxylate superplasticizer dispersion properties.In this paper, bentonite are served as the research object, which has a great influence on the fluidity of fresh plasticized cement-based materials. Experiment discussed the damage of bentonite in fluidity. According to the structural characteristics and surface charge properties of bentonite, and by simulating clay content test, selected or prepared methoxy polyethylene glycol(MPEG), polynuclear hydroxy aluminum and poly epichlorohydrin-dimethylamine three polymers. This paper studied the damage they inhibit bentonite fresh plasticized cement-based material flow capabilities. First, this paper selected the polymer methoxy polyethylene glycol(MPEG), and discussed the influence of molecular weight and optimal doping amounts of MPEG on the inhibitory of bentonite Then this paper synthesized an organic cationic polymer-epichlorohydrin-dimethylamine. And by orthogonal test determined its optimized preparation conditions.It greatly reduce the damage of the bentonite on fresh liquidity plasticized cement-based materials and some results have been achieved. In addition, taking into account the cost, experiment also synthesized a cationic polymer- polynuclear hydroxy aluminum. Then experiment discussed polynuclear hydroxy aluminum influence of preparation conditions on the flowability. These measures have achieved some results.
