Bus Station is an important part of the road passenger transport market,it integrate the passenger flow and traffic and it is the city inside and outside traffic hub node. Bus Station can distribute travelers, transit transfer, transport organization, multimodal transport and ancillary services etc. Face the traffic demand increasingly strong, all kinds of transportation increasingly fierce competition in the new situation, how to improve the quality of service, excavate the potential market, win more market share, has become a relation to the important subject of vital importance to the bus stop. In recent years, many scholars will be customer satisfaction as an important evaluation index to measure the level of service quality, but at present our country still lack from the perspective of customer satisfaction to the study of the overall satisfaction level, the evaluation of bus passenger stations in this paper, the lushun bus station has carried out a series of targeted research.This paper on the general situation of the research at home and abroad were introduced briefly, and then summarize the general situation of lushun bus station in detail and from the service characteristics of road passenger transport and passenger industry characteristics, mainly lushun to bus station as an example in detail describes the problems existing in the bus; Secondly through the station traffic forecast analysis to determine the future trend of passenger bus station, then take the form of a questionnaire survey on passenger satisfaction survey, summarizing the results of the investigation and analysis, when the degree of satisfaction analysis, take the combining theory of macro and micro analysis method, better find out the deficiency existing in lushun bus station; Then the analytic hierarchy process (ahp) to get the weight of each index value and satisfaction index weighted summation, get the passenger satisfaction evaluation of the whole station; Finally based on the above mentioned problems put forward a set of ways to improve and optimize the train of thought, provide certain reference for similar automobile passenger depot management.
