Grain crops play a vital role in our packaging of plants,and play a very important role in our life and production.Manual or semi-mechanized packaging is still the main mode of transport and transactions now,there are many disadvantages in these ways,such as labor-intensive,low productivity,low accuracy and poor stability.Therefore,the improvement of electrical control and mechanical structure in the packaging equipment is imperative.This paper analyzed the status of packing scale control system at home or abroad,for packaging speed,packaging precision,packaging stability or other issues in packaging process,we improved the previous packing scale control systems,and designed a new packaging weighing control system,it can monitor packaging process and ensure packaging accuracy very well.We made up suitable modifications after analyzing mechanical structure,and drew schematics of each part of the work program by using Auto CAD,including schematic of the weighing signal input,diagram of micromaster 440,main controlling diagram of PLC and schematic of pneumatic controlling work.Achieving PLC controlling board and hardware connection in accordance with these schematics.Analysing the packaging factors which affect the accuracy by using rise as object,we give several algorithms to solve non-linear sensor.And making the air quality of the column of material in packing discharge the late real-time predictive compensation analysis of compensation come to the assay protocol reasonably,giving the maximize speed of the packaging theoretical analysis,finding accurate value of optimum feeding switching point.We achieving Siemens PLC200 overall control programming and debugging by using a variety of programs of precision analysis and STEP 7MicroWIN SP4 software,and achieving SMART700-IE touch screen’s rendering,setting,commissioning and downloading by using WinCC Flexible software,and according to the actual parameters of the feed motor to connect micromaster440 and set parameter,ready for subsequent trials.Selecting piecewise interpolation algorithm,line fitting algorithm and the air column of material in real-time prediction algorithm to design test plan and analysis.We make mathematical model and analysis by selecting the influence of qualified indices,negative deviation and standard deviation of actual content of samplel by the quality of weights.Using piecewise interpolation algorithm to compare with line fitting algorithm and traditional packaging,the results show that when the load mass greater than 4kg,piecewise interpolation algorithm impact packaging accuracy between thousandth to thousandths,it meets merchandise weighting measurement tolerance,at this time qualified index is 100%,the negative deviation is 0.0135,the standard deviation of actual content of sample is0.00410.It meets the quantitative measurement of packaged goods regulatory measures and the product weight measurement management approach.For this scale packaging the air column of material quality is 73.325 g.To optimize the working process of packaging and the performance index provides theoretical basis.
