With the growing of urban traffic problems, the traffic problems become one of the important factors which restrict the development of the city.Clearly recognizing the causes of traffic problems and fully understanding the mechanism and the regularity of traffic flow propagation and the detailed formulate measures for the traffic congestion is an effective way to solve the problem of urban traffic congestion.In this paper, based on traffic flow medium model as the research content,we have established the model with Wiedemann following behavior of traffic flow is medium model with cell transmission model as a key technology. And the model will eliminating the chaos exists in the Prigogine-Herman model assumption, There are mainly two results have been achieved following.Firstly,guiding of cellular automata with Wiedemann model of interaction between vehicle,the model can outputting the data which can be be evaluated of road traffic flow baseding on integrated Wiedemann following behavior of traffic following.The advantage of this model is integrating the wiedemann following behavior. The model can update data by fixed time step iteration,. and it can give us a detailed record of stretch of road traffic flow through the model describing stretch of road traffic flow conditionSecondly, the model can track vehicle in the cell number through the cell transmission mechanism.It can also give us the speed probability distribution of traffic flow through the Wiedemann car following model.First the model can calculate the cell vehicle headway.Then it can determine the the following moving area according to the Wiedemann curve.The model can calculate the change of the velocity distribution according driving behavior.We use the roadside laser detector to collect traffic data in the actual road.We can get the Parameter calibration of driving behavior threshold curve through the data and the calculation of the changing of traffic flow condition resulting in the pedestrian crossing...
