In this article, phosphoric acid and SBS polymer, phosphoric acid and rubber powder were be respectively used to modify the matrix asphalt, and gained two form of phosphate composite polymer modified asphalt. Next, we proceed the asphalt experiment, and the result show that adding 1% of phosphoric acid and 3% SBS polymer of PPA&SBS composite modified asphalt and adding 1% poly phosphoric acid and 15% rubber powder of PPA& rubber powder composite modified asphalt’s comprehensive performance is better than others content of composite modified asphalt. Used 1% PPA & 3% SBS composite modified asphalt and 1% PPA & 15% rubber powder composite modified asphalt preparation of modified asphalt mixture, next proceed the asphalt mixture experiment, the results show that adding phosphoric acid significantly improved the high temperature performance of asphalt mixture, the fatigue performance and low temperature performance and water stability performance has no significant effect. Has related microscopic test and economic analysis, the results show that the mechanism of phosphoric acid compound modified asphalt are physical, was not produce new substances, and phosphoric acid compound modified asphalt is more economic than ordinary modified asphalt.
