The cast-in-place reinforced concrete girderless hollow floor is a new floor system, and a major innovation of building structure in our country, which can satisfy people's various requirement of building-higher?large Space?seismic behavior?flexible spacer, has great social and economic value. This thesis use thin-walled bellows as filled body buried in the hollow girderless floor, formed the hollow girderless floor with inner set thin-walled bellows, according to the high loss rate disadvantages of the hollow filling body in construction. The hollow girderless floor with inner set thin-walled bellows is combined by concrete roof, concrete floor,thin-walled bellows and rib concrete, and has many advantages such as light weight?better flatness ? convenience of construction and superior performance of building energy saving, has broad prospect of engineering application.First, this thesis study on thin-walled bellows through the lateral compression test and flexural test. Through analysis of experimental results, it is verified that thin-walled bellows satisfy the requirement of filled body in?Technical specification for cast-in-situ concrete hollow floor structure?JGJ T268-2012, and then puts forward the stiffness correction calculation method of thin-walled bellows. Because of thin wall bellows has many characteristics, such as high strength?light weight and lower coster, so it is very appropriate as the filled body of the cast-in-place reinforced concrete hollow floor. Then, this thesis study on the six pieces of the cast-in-place concrete hollow girderless floor through the bending experimental. And three of this six experimental pieces inner set ordinary plastic pipe( core pulling), the other three inner set thin-walled bellows(not core pulling).. Experimental focuses on observation the force performance ? denaturation features and development of crack of this six experimental pieces. Through the experimental results obtained the loading process of the hollow girderless floor can be divided into three stages: no crack stage?cracking stage and failure stage. According to the experimental results comparison with the theoretical calculation results, it is verified that the correctness of bearing capacityand stiffness calculation formula which proposed by the thesis. To provide theoretical basis and technical support for popularization and application of the hollow girderless floor with inner set thin-walled bellows in practical engineering. And based on the experimental results obtained thin-walled bellows contribution of the bearing capacity and stiffness to the inner set thin-walled bellows hollow floor.
