Saturated sand ground is widely distributed in the prosperous coastal areas in China, and with rapid economic development and increasing levels of urbanization, a great deal of buildings are under construction or will be constructed in these areas. In recent years, due to earthquake-induce saturated sand liquefaction phenomenon has occured from time to time. In this paper, the earthquake-induce site liquefaction potential comprehensive evaluation system is developed based on the M language,which is built in the MATLAB software, and according to the collection of the East Japan earthquake sites liquefaction informations to test the accuracy rate of the discrimination methods of sand soil liquefaction, which are built-in earthquake-induce site liquefaction potential comprehensive evaluation system.The main research work and results are:(1)The earthquake-induce site liquefaction potential comprehensive evaluation system is developed based on the M language,which is realize the discrimination methods of sand soil liquefaction automation and programming from the initial estimation, secondary estimation and determination of liquefaction degree to graphical display of evaluation results. It is greatly reduces the time consumption of the user in the liquefaction discrimination. Taking into account the MATLAB software's own graphics display function is relatively simple, so compile codes file with Autolisp language secondary development of AutoCAD to improve graphical display of evaluation results.(2)The Great East Japan earthquake, which took place in 2011, is the largest earthquake ever recorded in Japan, the post earthquake investigation found the earthquake makes Tokyo Bay area and Tonegawa river sites appeared obvious liquefaction phenomenon. To analysis this phenomenon is due to the earthquake is particularly strong, the distribution of underground water level in the area is relatively shallow and in the area distribution of a large number of artificial fill.(3)Through collecting and sorting out the liquefaction data of the Great East Japan earthquake, there are given 124 liquefaction sites and 6 non liquefaction sites that have borehole data. The accuracy rate is 86.15% when use the earthquake-induce site liquefaction potential comprehensive evaluation system to determine 124 liquefaction sites, and analysis the area found that the site for much misjudgment due to the area soil condition is special. According to the standard method, the site liquefaction index is consistent with the area reality.The case analysis shows that the seismic earthquake-induce site liquefaction potential comprehensive evaluation system has the value of engineering application.
