This study uses of Alite-C2.75B1.25A3??? cement, the mix design and laboratory test, we prepared the good workability of Alite-C2.75B1.25A3??? cement concrete, and carry out a series of related research. The main research contents include: different of Alite-C2.75B1.25A3??? cement concrete with water binder ratio, compressive strength, flexural strength, mechanical properties and anti permeability performance, performance, fire resistance and frost resistance durability anti chloride ion penetration; and the corresponding performance of ordinary concrete and the same ratio of the comparative study. The main research results and conclusions are as follows:?1? And ordinary Portland cement concrete, the compressive strength of Alite-C2.75B1.25A3??? cement concrete also increases with the water cement ratio increases and decreases. In the same mix ratio and curing age, the compressive strength of Alite-C2.75B1.25A3??? cement concrete, especially early compressive strength is obviously higher than that of the ordinary Portland cement concrete and stable development of later strength.?2? Of Alite-C2.75B1.25A3??? cement concrete anti permeability performance is significantly better than that of ordinary Portland cement concrete, ordinary Portland cement concrete, the relative permeability coefficient could reach the maximum of Alite-C2.75B1.25A3??? cement concrete 40 times.?3? To reduce the early strength of the fly ash of Alite-C2.75B1.25A3??? cement concrete, but later strength is growing rapidly, its growth rate was higher than that without similar concrete material blending; blending material added significantly improve concrete anti permeability performance, and with the blending material increased gradually reduced; frost resistance with the increase of fly ash content decreased.?4? Through on samples of the hydration of concrete in different age of XRD and SEM-EDS analysis, pore structure analysis and testing technology, the study found that the cement Alite-C2.75B1.25A3??? cement concrete structure and aggregate interface with more compact than ordinary Portland cement concrete, hydration product particle size distribution is more uniform, clinker particles basically be hydrated gel wrapped, the structure is more compact. The incorporation of fly ash can significantly improve cementations granular material filling and gel pore structure, reduced aperture while reducing the number of harmful pores, improve the concrete anti permeability performance.
