| The electric power department generally replaces the transformer in two ways. The first one is to use the crane and other large hoisting machinery. The second is artificial ups and downs by the sloping bench. Because of the limitation of the installed environment,under the condition of large hoisting machinery cannot enter, people can only adopt the method of artificial ups and downs. This method is easy to cause accident, personnel injury and property damage, and this method has many uncertain factors. The purpose of this paper is aimed at the disadvantages of existing problems, to design a device for ups and downs of the transformer equipment used in narrow spaces.First of all, this paper analyzes the basic parameters of the overall design and the design principles of the device. The basic parameters include the lifting height, the amplitude, the lifting weight and the mechanism working class. According to the design parameters,three kinds of design scheme are given, including two kinds of hoisting structure plan and a kind of lifting structure scheme. Combined with the actual situation,considering the pros and cons of three kinds of schemes and to ensure safe, the first kind of hoisting structure scheme is adopted. This scheme consists of components such as the fixed pole, the collar, the belt type binding machine, the support beams, the chain hoist, the sliding platform, the bearing slide, the cross arm, the foot ladder, the foot ladder crank and other parts. Based on the design principle of trying to reduce the weight of the device,minimizing the workload of the electric power construction personnel while meeting the strength and stiffness criterion,the main components of the design and the structure chart have been given.Then combined with the actual situation, the device of distribution transformer disassembling for narrow space has been made and applied to the worksite. The results show that the device can ensure the work of the transformer replacement,and at the same time,the device solves the problem that lifting vehicles could not enter the working area caused by the narrow road. Staves give it the consistent praise. The device can be used not only in the city with narrow road, but also in the mountainous area with complex terrain. |
