No.1 330 MW Generation Set in Weifang Power Plant is coal-fired unit,the boiler is lean-coal Tangential Corner-firing boiler,equipped with four Tubulap Ball Mills. To meet the coal supply situation and broaden the scope of burning coal,meeting the requirement of "Emission Standard of Air Pollutants for Thermal Power Plants"(G13223-2011) defining that the NOx emission standard cannot exceeding to 100 mg/m3.Thus, two units are required to implement the transformation of bituminous coal boiler.To reduce the SCR Delatching NOx investment and operating costs while ensuring the boiler unit performance,we also take technological improvement measures to reduce NOx emission.In this paper,we conduct boiler equipment,operational problems and how the proposed burning bituminous coal impact current equipment.In this way,we can find out the boiler system's adaptability to the reconstruction. The main contents are as follows:(1)Elaborate the transformation background and the implementation of boiler equipment analyze the existing problems.(2) Analyze the proposed bituminous coal quality,evaluate the impact of coal quality for safety and economic operation.(3) Compare the Direct-fired System with the PF bunker type ball-mill system with exhaust gas as conveyance medium,and analyze milling auxiliary system's adaptability to transformation.(4)Analyze the combustion system using blinds Horizontal Burner with staged combustion technology combined with three-dimensional reconstruction principle,describe the technology and transformation implementation process.(5)Combined with the the boiler performance test after the reconstruction,carry out a recommended operating parameters.(6)To evaluate the implementation of coal after the transformation of the economic and social benefits.
