With the social and economic development, power users have more and more high quality requirements to power supply, Promotion and popularization of distribution automation system is an inevitable trend of the current power system development.After the end of the two large-scale network transformation,the layout of the distribution network has been optimized,but to further improve the reliability of the distribution network, also must fully implement a high level of distribution automation.Now,with the introduction of data acquisition and control, geographic information systems and other new network technologies,distribution automation system began gradually to the distribution network of intelligent stage.This thesis mainly study the distribution of network automation system,examining the distribution network system architecture and related technology,including the main station structure and function, as well as the sub-station function and the terminal type.Then design the Tianjin West intelligent distributed feeder automation(ISFA) upgrade project, Tianjin West Power Company seriously understand the importance of the construction and the profound meaning of the statement about "world-class city for the power grid",combined with the actual situation in the west region, improve their positioning, in-depth analysis, combined with power distribution equipment upgrade project, to further enhance the technical level,actively explore Distributed feeder automation(ISFA) new distribution automation mode and operation mode.This paper designed the upgrade project-specific line wiring diagram and site upgrade program, involving a total of 13 distribution sites, 4 South Gate West substation power outlet,and three transform way of sites.Then tested for their ability to accurately realize the fault location, fault isolation. Finally, further summarizes the debugging methods of this project's three shake, and the common faults and solutions.
