GIS has the characteristics of compact structure and small floor space,so widely used in the grid. With GIS to expand the scope and put into operation, the defect gradually revealed. Currently the State Grid Corporation, mainly through supervision, sampling and installation site dust control equipment shed to quality, but ineffective. Risk theory in high-risk industry is more mature, and less use of GIS quality control work in the power system, therefore, the State Grid Power Company commissioned projects in Hebei Province,《the network equipment quality risk point identification, evaluation and control measures research》,use the risk theory GIS equipment for hazard identification, and improve the current control means is very necessary.Firstly, we study the main failure types of GIS and identify the risk of GIS based on the work risk decomposition method. Through analysis the quality problems occurred during the monitoring, sampling, installation and operation of the GIS in the annual report of the company’s system of material supervision, and the main failure types are clear. At the same time, the whole life cycle of GIS and the risk points of the work are decomposed by work risk decomposition method, and form the coupling matrix, and the risk analysis of GIS is carried out. The theoretical basis of the GIS quality control and control measures is put forward through the survey and theoretical analysis.Then, a new AHP based on GIS method is proposed and a set of GIS monitoring system is developed. AHP method was used to determine the weight of each part of GIS, and use the expert scoring method to evaluate the quality of GIS production. Visual Studio 2013 and NET Framework Microsoft 4.5 are used to develop GIS monitoring and evaluation of semi quantitative assessment system, which can improve the efficiency of supervision.At last, the paper puts forward the design scheme of the removable impurity control installation room and shows the scheme based on 3D technology. The control room is closed by the steel pipe frame and the curtain, and is divided into the cleaning area, reserve area, working area. At the same time, it is equipped with a variety of environmental control equipment in the working area. In this paper, we use the 3D printing technology to print out the internal configuration equipment, make the 3D display model, and use the 3DMAX software to simulate the installation process of the hybrid control room, make the video display, better display its effect.
