With rising in the fuel price and the increase of pressure of the environmental protection, it is paid more and more attention to the technology of double reheat. It will be an existing technology, one of the effective ways to improve the efficiency of coal-fired units quickly. And double reheat unit on environmental protection will be gradually turned up into economic advantage, the decline of the pollutants and CO2 emissions will create social benefits immeasurably.However, there is no ultra supercritical unit with double reheat cycle that has been designed and manufactured in moodern China, operation performance of the ultra supercritical unit with double reheat cycle is at the preliminary design stage, and there has been no practical experience for reference yet. Base on the theoretical research and technical performance analysis, aiming at expansion project of the main and reheat steam system and research of the regenerative system of the 2×660MW ultra supercritical coal-fired unit with double reheat cycle of HuaNeng power plant in AnYuan, the selection of its configuration and technical optimization analysis were studied in this article. Considering the main technical parameters, the pipeline material form and the suitable operation parameters were defined. In addition, the main pipeline and the main equipment involved in system were optimized, and they were put forward the best configuration scheme and arrangement. All what we do can fill the gaps in the field of technology, and provide a theory basis for building the efficient and clean double reheat coal-fired power generating units. At the same time, for the future development of our country 700? plan, that can complete the early exploration and reserves.
