Circulating fluidized bed boiler technology is a kind of important clean coal technology because of its eco nomy and environmental protection. As compared to common coal furnace combustion system of circulating fluidized bed boiler, the mechanism of the object modeling of the combustion system of circulating fluidized bed boiler are very complex. Mechanism modeling method is not feasible. But if want to achieve high standard of circulating fluidized bed boiler combustion system control, establish accurate object model is the precondition, which requires not only the characteristics of circulating fluidized bed bo iler combustion system has relatively complete understanding, but also have to combine the effective data analysis method. Combined with the above analysis, this article mainly completed the following three aspects.In order to achieve high precision modeling of combustion system, it is required to use the excellent data analysis method, and the PSO algorithm is one of them. But Classic PSO algorithm is easy to fall into local optimization and local search ability is low, these mechanism problems appear on this article are analyzed. In the analysis of the mechanism based on design a modified PSO algorithm, proven to improve the defects of the Classic PSO algorithm in a certain extent.Through the analysis of system characteristics of circulating fluidized bed boiler combustion, select the data used for identification, based on the field data, the coal amount and the bed temperature were established, and the model of the transfer function of the air volume and the bed temperature was established. The above operations were carried out under full load, ninety percent load, eighty percent load and sixty percent load respectively.According to the transfer function model obtained under different working conditions of a flow rate and bed temperature, establish a series of typical operating conditions of the air flow control bed temperature PID system, and setting the PID parameters.The simulation results show, this system is better than single PID control and has more excel ent control quality.
