With the development of the social economy,High speed railway is becoming more and more important in undertaking the task of railway transportation,So the research of it has been paid more and more attention by experts and scholars.The High quality Crew Planning has important significance in improving the operation efficiency of the crew,and reducing the crew cost of transport enterprisesBased on a summary of the crew scheduling problem in related fields,this paper analyzes the research status and development trend in these areas.With carrying on predecessors achievements,this paper objectively analyzes the lacks of the existing research and the key problem needed to be solved urgently.Combined with existing research and the weaving flow of the crew scheduling,the paper makes the crew planning problem to divide into two sub-problems,which are crew scheduling problem and crew rostering problem.The main research works of this paper are as follows:(1)By analyzing the characteristics and reviewing the resent research on the crew planning problem,the paper analyze the objective function and its restrictions and build a model based on set covering model.But,when some random factors that affect the operation of the train are not taking into consideration,this problem can be seen as a static scheduling problem.However,train operation system is a complex and relatively open huge system,it can be easily affected by random factors such as equipment failure and emergencies,these may course the actual situation deviate from the plan prepared.Based on this the paper build a chance-constrained based crew planning model,this model will make the plan prepared meet the need in robustness.(2)For crew scheduling problem,the paper discussed the pros and cons of different crew scheduling mode and choose a crew scheduling in single cycle mode as its research point.By analyzing the resent research the paper build a double objectives problem model containing minimize the total cost of crew segments,and the crew's actual working hours and standards to match.(3)To analyze the characteristics of the model,the problem researching in the paper can be seen as a TSP problem and the ant colony algorithm has its advantage in solving this problem.Based on this the paper make some improvement on ant colony algorithm and use Nanjing to Changzhou train operating data to verify the model.The result shows the model build can meet the related rules of crew scheduling and it is feasible in some degree.Based on the above mentioned areas of research,its has a positive significance for the theoretical research of China's high-speed railway crew planning,as well as the research ofthe crew scheduling system.Finally,the paper summarizes the research work and the existing problems,and proposed further research that it is necessary to do.
