The development of high-speed railway injected new vitality to the China railway transportation, China has done a lot of work in strengthening the track structure and achieved fruitful results. CRTS I twin-block ballastless track structure is widely used in our country, and crack on the track bed slab lines may impact force, and even cause the destruction of concrete structure, thus affecting the long-term life of ballastless track. With the ballastless track simulation stress analysis and crack properties for ballastless track structure optimization, to provide the necessary theoretical basis for design and maintenance, which is an important topic in the development of high speed railway. In this paper, firstly, the slab reinforced concrete structure, considering the nonlinear effects of concrete and multiaxial effect, to establish the CRTS type twin-block ballastless track spatial finite element model by finite element software ADINA; secondly, to calculatie the crack free bed debut, the stress distribution in the track structure under the temperature load; thirdly, considering the different track structures in the depth of the crack under the temperature load stress intensity factor, and the expansion of the cracks; finally, based on the crack depth and width are 50 mm finite element model, obtain the optimal calculation of the oblique steel bar.
