It's a technology challenge for traditional hydraulic control system to improve the utilization of hydrostatic energy.At present pump-control-motor hydraulic control system is proposed to solve the problem,this system could improve the utilization and efficiency of hydraulic transmission by controlling the pump's flow to meet the hydraulic system's demand as well as reducing the loss of overflow and throttle.But pump-control-motor is a time-varying and higher-order nonlinearsystem,what's more,the load and model of itself have a greatly influence on its dynamic property,which puts forward strict demand on the control technology of pump-control-motor.Therefore using a suitable control system to improve the performance of the pump-control-motor is the key to this article.First 3 speed adjustment modes' feature of the pump-control-motor are analyzed,then pump-control-motor system is chosen as the research object of this essay on basis of the improvement of the control accuracy and the response rate.After the analysis of the control principleof thepump-control-motorspeed adjustment system,the power matching of the engine and the variable pump and the pressure matching of the system,the model selection of the key component is completed and a set of pump-control-motor is constituted.This essay constructsthe mathematics model of pump-control-motor system by force equilibriumequation and flow continuityequation,on basis of which physics model of pump-control-motor system,PID controller and fuzzy self-adapting PID controller is constructed by AMESimand MATLAB/Simulink.ThenJoint Simulation System of the 2 software could be executed,thehydrostatics transmission system is transmitted into Simulink as a nonlinear pattern through the interface of AMESim,and it is regarded as an S-Function in Simulink,then Simulink model can deliver signal to control the physics models in AMESim through the interface according to the control strategy in Simulink.Finally,make simulation of the pump-control-motor system,which can calculate the correlation curve of pump speed,pressure and variable pump's displacement when the target speed and the load is instability,as a result the curve of fuzzy self-adapting PID controller is better than that of PID controller in dynamic property,response rate and steady state error.Therefore the former has more excellent control effect in the improving the stability and efficiency of pump-control-motor system.
