As the deterioration of energy and environment problems,the state attaches great importance to the development of electric vehicles,expecting the development of electric vehicles to reduce energy and environmental problems.The performance of the electric car is slow,the electric car in meeting the practical needs of the masses there is a considerable distance.At present,the improvement of the performance of electric vehicle is mainly limited by the core technology of key parts,and there is no revolutionary breakthrough.Therefore,under the existing conditions,the efficient matching is one of the important means to improve the power and economy of the electric vehicle.Combining with the research and development of XH2 type pure electric vehicle project of our school,the main parts of the vehicle power system were selected and matched.With meeting industry standards as the basic requirements and playing parts to achieve maximum utility vehicle dynamics and economy best as the goal,the main research contents are as follows:1)After the research on the electric vehicle industry standard and the standard car,the performance parameters of the XH2 basic objectives are set up.The selection of main components are carried out according to the basic objectives.And set the system transmission ratio as the design parameters to improve the dynamic performance and economic performance of XH2.2)The matching optimization algorithm is studied deeply.The main analysis of the standard genetic algorithm research,as well as for multi-objective problem of non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm (NSGA?).3)Research on mathematical model of the power system optimization.The model research is about objective function to optimize and optimize constraints4)For the one hundred kilometers energy optimization objective function analysis,building thepowertrain systemsimulation model.The simulation model includedrive cycle and the impact of motor efficiency,vehicle control strategy and the transmission strategy of two speed transmission.5)A comparative study of the Non-linear constraint approach based on genetic algorithms NSGA?.It is mainly for the penalty function approach and gene repair mode.Eventually we got the parameters of the motor and battery by the matching and selection study.And we got the best optimum transmission ratio set of pure electric vehicle XH2 through the multi-objects research.
