Lifting equipment brakes are safety devices for lifting equipment emergency stopping when it falls from a height,below key technical regulation member.Its timely and effective action to ensure lifting equipment safe,efficient and stable operation,reduce the probability of accidents and the severity.Therefore,the detection brake performance parameters is very important.This paper aims to develop a brake lifting equipment field testing device and measuring system to achieve a comprehensive,accurate and efficient testing,to supplement the existing detection device.(1)Research on the principle of lifting equipment brake,design several program of feasibility testing and the MEMS acceleration sensor characteristics.Then,design the detecting device based on the physical characteristics of acceleration signal,also refer to national standards and existing detection device performance,Developed functionality and performance of the scene detection device.(2)The main error of the lifting equipment field testing brake system to produce a theoretical analysis of factors,choose mean filter on the sensor itself offsets the zero axis error elimination,using the principle of orthogonal decomposition coordinated force of uncertainty for effective installation error compensation,make improvements on the basis of ordinary Kalman filter so that it has a self-adaptive for the elimination of electronic noise error,finally,the method of least squares polynomial fitting term trend caused by numerical integration error compensation.(3)Development of the applied field of lifting equipment brake portable detection device,the measurement system of PC software.In the detection process,the detection system can detect real-time data transmission complete and real-time curve display.Detection system to achieve data collection,analysis,processing,while providing test reports and historical data query functions.(4)Field testing of lifting equipment brake system for a comprehensive experimental verification and analysis.The results show:First portable detection device can capture signals,measuring system can complete the data analysis and calculation signal,secondly,the detection accuracy of the detection system can be obtained by the simulation test tower: Braking distance 0.018 m,Movement speed 0.014 m / s,acceleration peak of 0.026 g,the peak duration 0.0018 s,achieve the desired design goals,Proof lifting equipment field testing brake system development is successful.
