The performance of solar gravity heat-pipes is the core part of the heat-pipes type solar water heater,and is crucial to water heater.The amount of internal filled liquid is different because of the diverse of Solar Gravity Heat-pipes manufacturing processes,which affects the heat-pipes' heat transfer performance.The angle of the heat-pipe's installation also affects the heat-pipe's heat transfer performance.In this thesis,the detecting system for solar gravity heat-pipes is presented based on domestic and international standards.The proposed system can monitor transfer performance of Solar Gravity Heat-pipes in different conditions,which provides great reference for inspection faculties and product enterprise when running experiments.The main contents of the thesis are as follows:1.The research status of the test method and test system for Solar Gravity Heat-pipes and its thermal performance is summarized.The heat transfer principle of Solar Gravity Heat-pipes and principle of infrared temperature measurement is analyzed.We put forward the design scheme of temperature difference test method based on infrared thermal imager and a new test system of heat-pipe's thermal performance.2.According to the design scheme,the thermal performance test system of Solar Gravity Heat-pipes is completed.The hardware device of the test system including the test platform,the electric heating box and cooling water tank is designed.The electric heating power control system designed programming by LabVIEW,which meets the requirements of the test standards.3.All the devices for the test system of heat-pipe's thermal performance are calibrated and the results all meet the standard requirements.Based on temperature measurement of infrared thermal imager,the ther mal performance temperature difference test is also conducted to verify that temperature measurement of infrared thermal imager based on high emissivity coating can be applied to the temperature difference test.4.The experimental data of the thermal properties testing for Solar Gravity Heat-pipes is analyzed,in this paper,the influence of different angles and boiling exhaust processes on the thermal performance of Solar Gravity Heat-pipes is studied.We have found the optimum process method of the boiling exhaust gas from the above method.In this paper,the thermal performance test system of Solar Gravity Heat-pipes has the characteristics of the function improvement and the test high efficiency,which meets the requirements of the solar gravity heat pipe production enterprises and quality inspection units.
