With the development of construction industry, waste concrete has been generating constantly, which accumulating a large number of building rubbish. If the waste concrete is crushed, washed, classified as recycled aggregate, then mixed according to a certain proportion, it will be an efficient way to solve the issues and recover resources. The development of steel tube structure of recycled concrete is an efficient way to utilizing these waste concrete. In order to utilize recycled concrete well, some scholars begin to analyze the structure of the composite structure. Through the formation of steel tube recycled concrete filled steel tube, the mechanical properties of recycled concrete was to improved to meet the mechanical properties of steel pipe and recycled concrete, and to provide an important way for the reuse of waste concrete. In this paper, the static performance of steel tube recycled concrete short column is studied and analyzed in detail:Firstly, based on the summary of the current constitutive model of steel tube and concrete structure, the constitutive model of steel tube filled with Recycled concrete was proposed in this paper-the model of Guozhenhai was adapted in the tensile region and the model of Hanlinhai which revised by Liuwei was adapted in compressive zone-which is used as foundation in researching statics performance of the load and effective parameters. The corresponding load displacement curves, the stress-strain curves, the stress-strain curves, and the stress-strain curves are plotted.Secondly, the basic mechanics performance and axial compression performance of steel tube filled with recycled concrete were researched by experiment. \The bearing capacity and failure characteristics of the 5 groups of short steel tube columns filled with recycled concrete based on the above parameters was analyzed in this paper and corresponding load-deflection curves was depicted in this paper.Thirdly, the axial compressive performance of the steel tube columns filled with recycled concrete was analyzed in Non-linear way, and a finite element model was established to calculate and analyze steel tube columns filled with recycled concrete, the values of which was compared with the experimental values, and it turned out that they are consistent relatively.Fourthly, finite element model of steel tube columns filled with recycled concrete was established in this paper by experiencing the axial compressive performance of 11 steel tube columns filled with recycled concrete, after which the stress strain curves or load-deflection curves under different factors. The experiment, axial compressive performance of 13 steel tube columns filled with recycled concrete was carried out, and the influence of steel yield strength, slenderness ratio, steel ratio, core concrete strength, recycled coarse aggregate replacement ratio, eccentric distance on eccentric compressive mechanical properties and pure bending mechanical properties was analyzed in this paper, after which the stress strain curves or load-deflection curves under different factors. Simulation analysis of pure bending performance of 3 groups of steel tube recycled concrete short columns model of steel tube columns filled with recycled concrete was analyzed by static property. Load deflection curve was got after analysing the influence of recycled coarse aggregate replacement ratio. the result of which can be used to guide the application project of the steel tube columns filled with recycled concrete.
