The main topic of intelligent building environment under CPS concept?features?information monitoring?heterogeneous network convergence algorithms and processing methods, thereby improving the overall performance of the built environment CPS analysis and decision making. This paper first describes the research purpose and significance of the CPS, according to CPS concepts and features as the theoretical basis to build three-tier structure of the built environment under the cyber-physical systems at the physical layer implementation node information monitoring intelligent building, and in the information network layer optimization heterogeneous converged networks.Under construction environment for complex wiring confusion drawbacks, using Zigbee technology in CPS physical node layer to achieve the monitoring of the construction of environmental information by CC2430 RF chip and SHT11 temperature and humidity sensor equipment acquisition under construction environmental temperature and humidity information. To ensure real-time system, the relationship between the number of nodes and delay testing to determine the optimal sensor network delay and distance relationship, confirmed in the built environment to communicate with Zigbee technology to meet the growing demand for intelligent building to achieve architectural environment the information monitor, promote the integration of information in the world and the physical world.For CPS in heterogeneous characteristics, study a variety of heterogeneous network convergence CPS network is an important task for further development. CPS in the built environment in order to meet customer needs, improve the communication quality of service(QoS), you need to select the best access to the network, and select the best access to the network affected by several factors. Faced with traditional algorithms consider parameters of a single issue, this paper proposes a use of AHP, calculating the weight and then calculate a weighted average Decision heterogeneous wireless network selection algorithm. The simulation results show that the improved algorithm can improve the integration of heterogeneous networks through network throughput, improve service quality.GPS information at the network layer, heterogeneous wireless network environment for network switching selection process a large number of frequently switching processing overhead, lower quality of service. For this reason this paper, an improved vertical handoff algorithm can reduce the number of vertical handover in heterogeneous wireless networks conducted. First, the decision parameters bandwidth, signal strength, etc. normalized by calculating the weight of AHP, weight system for cost function, and then select the best network based on the minimum cost function. Wireless local area network(WlAN) and a mobile communication system(UMTS), for example, simulation modeling. The simulation results show that the improved vertical handoff algorithm, in the case of run time and different speeds of movement, can effectively reduce the switching frequency, choose the best network, improve service quality.Finally, to sum up the work, and the next layer of management research services to make outlook.
