| Energy management system of solar UAV is for solar battery, storage battery and load energy scheduling. In order to improve the efficiency and service life of energy storage battery, the battery charge and discharge management and state prediction is core problem. The core issue of the charge and discharge management of the storage battery is the charge and discharge equalization of the battery. In order to predict the charge and discharge management and state problems in energy storage battery, at present, a lot of research has been carried out at home and abroad. At present, the most widely used battery equalization schemes are passive equalization circuit and active equalization circuit. The advantages of Passive equalization charging circuit’s balance speed and simple control are currently the most widely used balanced way, but passive equalization charging circuit in equilibrium will consume a lot of energy in the process, so the passive equalization charging circuit is not good ideal for battery charge and discharge management. Active equalization charging circuit becomes the best choice for lithium battery charge and discharge management because of its high efficiency. However, due to the active equalization charging and discharging circuit control is difficult, complex structure and high cost features still can not be the battery charge and discharge management’s good choice. In order to solve the problem of low efficiency and complex structure of current storage battery, a solar energy lithium battery energy management system based on SPC5604P is designed in this paper.In this paper, firstly, the research and development of typical energy management system at home and abroad are analyzed, and the problem of current energy management system for lithium battery is pointed out by the combination of the charging and discharging characteristics of lithium battery. Combined with full analysis of solar output power and charging efficiency based on, this paper presents a SPC5604P chip as the core management and using LTC6804-2 as the control unit of the balanced energy management system, and gives the overall structure design of energy management system. The process of hardware design of solar energy lithium battery energy management system is discussed in this paper, and takes the SPC5604P as the core of the control system, introduces the temperature acquisition circuit, voltage acquisition circuit, current sampling circuit, equalization circuit, protection circuit and system control circuit design of the energy storage system, to reduce the interference signal in the signal transmission process, the system also specially designed additional filter circuit. In terms of software, the system builds the CodeWarrior development based on debug platform, and describes the working process of the software system, gives the system the main system, control system, the detailed design process of data acquisition system, SPI communication and data storage.Finally, the actual test of the hardware platform is carried out in this paper, the experimental results show that the proposed SPC5604P based energy management system has the characteristics of high energy storage speed, high energy utilization and high control precision. |
