Study On Deep Excavation Technology Of A Workshop

Foundation pit engineering is a key part of a construction project.And with the constant expansion of the excavation scale of the foundation pit,there is greater complexity of surroundings,transport and geological conditions,and greater variant factors and danger,as well as greater difficulties for design and construction implementation.These close links between the factors impose ever stricter restrictions on the foundation pit engineering,with which come up a lot of hidden dangers of accidents.Currently,foundation pit engineering has already become a hot topic for the construction engineering circles in China.The deep foundation pit of the workshop is located in an existing workshop.The foundation pit neighbors closely to traffic roads,and the traffic is needed during construction.The pit is approximately 20 meters deep,with dense buildings and factory workshops standing around.Due to the rarity of deep foundation pit design and implementation in the existing workshop,there are few examples from which the practical building experience can be used for reference.This paper mainly takes this project as the research subject,and researches on the design and construction of the key support structure of the deep foundation pit,dewatering plan and the examination on it during excavation.Through the summing-up and sorting-out on the construction implementation solutions,design,and the measured data,the paper conducts calculation on the earth pressure of the support structure of the deep foundation pit;and it presents analyses on the internal forces in the support structure,and the stability of the support project,as well as the deformation of the deep foundation pit.Effective measures and experience can be gained during the construction phase in hope that they can be taken as reference for similar projects afterwards.
