According to the characteristics of the AC module integrated PV power generation system, in this paper, we have optimized the main circuit topology of the AC module units to increase the degree of system integration, improve the reliability and the efficiency of the system, and reduce the cost of the system.Firstly, on the one hand, for the front-end DC/DC boost converter topology of the system, we have proposed a new isolated high gain DC/DC boost converter based on the flyback transformer. Then, on the other hand, we have analyzed the working principle and operating characteristics of the proposed converter.Secondly, for the after level DC/AC inverter of the system, in order to solve the problem of dead zone effect, we have proposed a no dead-band DC/AC inverter topology based on the single polarity SPWM. The mathematical model of the new DC/AC inverter under ?? static coordinates system and dq rotating coordinate system was built respectively.Lastly, to verify the validity of the theoretical analysis and the correctness of design, we have used MATLAB / SIMULINK for the entire power system simulation analysis. Base on this analysis, the core controller TMS320F2812 DSP was used to building the experimental prototype for experimental verification.
