Wind energy as a clean and renewable energy,has been attached more attention by more and more countries in the world,and the wind power industry develops very quickly.Wind turbine gear box is the key component of the wind turbine,one of the important hub which is connected to the spindle and generator.Due to the complexity and diversity of its working conditions,it results in frequent failure,including the temperature failure of the gear box related parts accounted for the vast majority.So the analysis job to study the temperature field of the key components of gear box is particularly important.From the reality of the scene,this thesis mainly completes the following several aspects:First of all,introduces the actual system for gear box,including the transmission system,lube oil system,cooling water systems,and the actual parameters and monitoring data of the scene.Secondly,the contact condition and kinematics of working gear and bearing which is the key component of gear box have been theoretically analyzed with Hertz contact theory,and access to relevant friction heat theory literature to calculate calorific value of gear and bearing,laying the theoretical foundation for the back temperature-filed simulation.Again the thesis makes the model of gear and bearing by ANSYS workbench,and load to steady-state thermal for finite element thermal analysis,give heat flux boundary conditions based on the actual situation,simulate the temperature field under their working state by finite.Then through parameter change,the thesis study some factors,like the wind turbine active power,lube oil temperature,environment temperature,ventilation,which have influence on gear and bearing temperature field,and concludes that the influence of the respective size.Finally the thesis put forward the corresponding optimization design according to the size of influence of various affecting factors,including lubricant selection suggest,oil cooling system optimization,cabin ventilation optimization,suggest to increase the oil/air coolers,lubricant radiators outside the cabin,and use relevant data to prove the cooling effect after optimization,providing important theoretical reference for the actual operation of the site.
