Diesel particulate filter technology(DPF)is an effective means of reducing the dieselparticulate matter(PM),and with the gradual tightening emissions regulations,DPF has gradually become an indispensable diesel particulate reduction device;reliable and efficient regeneration is the premise to make the DPF be widely used;currently it’s a hot topic,research regenerative properties has important significance and application value.Plus heat regeneration bench was established to investigate the influence of filtering temperature and flow rate on pressure drop charactexistics of the clean filter.With the increase of heating temperature,pressure drop and its ratio will increase in line,the permeability and its ratio will decrease in line.When the gas flow increases,the filter’s pressure drop increase but the permeability decreases.But the pressure drop ratio and permeability ratio has no significant change.Plus heat regeneration bench for DPF was used for the regeneration of DPF with different amount of carbon black.Studied the influence of heating temperature and amount of carbon black on DPF regeneration temperature field,regeneration effiency and regeneration consumption.Found a critical temperature of 510 ℃ is the intense oxidation of carbon black(Printex-U).When the heating temperature is higher than the critical temperature,the peak temperature will be regenerated.Increase the heating temperature,the peak regeneration will become higher,the postion of peak temperature will move forward.With the increase of the amount of carbon black,DPF will gradually be damaged by thermal stress.When the loading amount was 7.5 g/L,the reaction rate of carbon black was bigger than the other two loading,the DPF thermal fusion phenomenon occurs.So,from a concern of security perspective,DPF carbon load choose 5.0 g/L was more reasonable.The regeneration effiency increases with the heating temperature increases linearly quadratic relationship;this region is the transition area between the carbon black’s slow oxidation and vigorous oxidation.increasing the heating temperature can effectively improve the reproduction rate,but the regeneration energy is increase gradually and remains stable.Therefore,the heating temperature choose 550 ℃ was more appropriate.Conducted a variable flow DPF regeneration.The results showed that: when the gas flow rate is smaller,the peak regeneration temperature and the regeneration temperature gradient is larger,the filter is easily to be damage.Therefore,increasing the gas flow rate will reduce the peak temperature of the filter wall,and reducing the peak temperature gradient,and increasingthe regeneration efficiency and regeneration rate;but when the flow rate is too large,the performance ratio will decrease.Conducted a variable time DPF regeneration.The results showed that: extend the regeneration time can improve the regeneration efficiency;when the loading amount is 2.5g/L,the regeneration rate and regeneration performance ratio with the regeneration time is not changed;when the loading amount is 5.0 g/L,the regeneration rate and regeneration performance ratio reduces quilckly when the regeneration time is more than a time(1000 s),and the regeneration rate and regeneration performance ratio unchanged below this time(1000 s).There is an optimal regeneration time,the regeneration time should not exceed this time(1000 s),otherwise it will result in excessive energy consumption.Changing the characteristics of the carbon black particles and found that: the bigger the BET surface area and particle of carbon black,the more likely reaction of carbon black,the lower the ignition temperature of carbon black;during the heating temperature below the critical temperature,the more easily oxidized carbon black,the higher the peak temperature and temperature gradient is,and the performance ratio is higher.When the heating temperature above the critical temperature,he more easily oxidized carbon black,the lower the peak temperature and the temperature gradient,and the increase rate of the performance ratio is smaller.
