With the development of social economy, the consciousness of environmental protection is gradually strengthened, Because the reserves of fossil energy is limited and the existing energy structure brings a lot of problems to the environment, so the clean low grade solar is one of the important methods to solve the current energy crisis and the inevitable choice of the road of sustainable energy. Thermal power generation technology is one of the solar energy application technologies, the efficiency of the heat collector system not only has a great impact on the efficiency of the entire power system, but also it affects the cost of the entire power generation system. The heat collection system mainly uses the tracking device to collect the solar energy in the existing thermal power generation, But the tracking device always happen haults in the process of running, and it needs a very high accuracy and regular maintenance, However, The tracking device was simple and reliable, and it had good prospects for development, Therefore, the paper would study the design of the free tracking and tracking system, and analyzed the performance of the system.This paper based on Fresnel lens forming principle as the foundation and the law of refraction of light as the basis, it analysised the light of the linear Fresnel lens convergence, The formula of the angle of inclination of the Fresnel lens was obtained, it was the basis of the design of Fresnel lens. The paper used optical software TracePro to simulate a linear Fresnel lens and analysised the focusing performance of the Fresnel in different lines. The analysis showed that the distance is bigger, the uniformity of the Fresnel lens is better, but The focus spot uniformity is not the best, the spot uniformity front the focus was better than the focus, So the position of the tube could be selected according to the size of the focus to place, which would improve the convergence to tube spot uniformity.This paper designed the tracking lens group according to the solar motion and the non tracking theory, the concentration performance of the lens group using optical software was simulated, the focusing efficiency and spot uniformity of lens group were anslysised in different angle between the adjacent Fresnel lenses. It was found that the concentration efficiency and uniformity of the lens group are lower than the single Fresnel lens, and the larger the angle, the concentration efficiency of the lens group was the higher. The paper also studied the heat collecting pipe and analysised the impact of the heat collecting pipe collector of factors, the experiment device was designed according to the result of the simulation analysis, the measures to improve the experimental device were putted forward through the experimental analysis.
