Distribution network is in the end of the power transmission. Farther from the center of the power supply, poorer the power quality is. However, these areas often contains abundant wind, solar, tidal and other natural energies. Distributed generation technology makes it possible for the effective use of these energies, but also changing the distribution network from passive to active, from one-way supply to bidirectional flow. So reasonable configuration of distributed generations and energy storage systems has become a new research focus in the field of distribution network. This paper will focus on three aspects:the optimization of distributed generation, the optimization of the energy storage system and the comprehensive evaluation method of the allocation schemes.Photovoltaic cell and wind turbine are used as the representatives of distributed generations. First of all. the timing relationships between load and distributed generation are analysed. And several main influencing factors of the distributed generation are listed and used to analyse the influence of the location and capacity of the distributed generation to the distribution network. This can provide guidance for the optimal allocation of distributed generation.Further more, based on the impact analysis, this paper establishes the optimal allocation models for distributed generations and energy storage systems respectively. Due to the stage characteristics of distributed generation optimal allocation, a multi-stage dynamic allocation method is proposed, combined with multi-scenario analysis method, which is proposed to fully considering the impact of the uncertainty of distributed generation and load. Then a multi-stage optimization model is established to allocate the distributed generations stage by-stage adapting to load growth. GUROBI solver is used to solve the multi-stage optimal allocation model for distributed generation. For energy storage systems, in order to fully consider the interaction between operation control and planning, as well as operation strategy of storage, a two-layer optimal allocation model is established combining operation and planning. Different economic goals are made according to the different investors. The two-layer optimization model is aimed to maximize the return target. This model is solved by commercial solver and artificial intelligent algorithm method. Finally, in order to select appropriate allocation scheme, evaluation index system are established respectly for distributed generation and storage energy system, to evaluate the pros and cons of allocation results in all aspects. Then a comprehensive evaluation model is established, and using the analytic hierarchy to calculate the comprehensive evaluation result.
