The current high-intensity development of the center town and suburbanization of urban development strategy fast break the original balance of urban living space, and the first effect is the increase of residents’travel time. However, most commuter traffic trends studies of existing commuter travel characteristics usually from a macro point of view of the reasons for the changes, and few consider the impact of individual factors on multivariate moved from the microscopic point of view. From the micro-individual residents departure, the main study include personal information, background information and transportation facilities relocation services of multiple levels of these factors on the move after commuting consumption, which can make up existing commuter travel microcosmic research, help seek control policy measures of time-consuming commutes. Paper uses questionnaires, respectively, in the main city of Nanjing Jiangning town, Hexi new town and other places, and selected large leisure venues in these areas to do the investigation randomly by face to face. Background questionnaire mainly around the relocation processing, including personal information, family information, and commute time information. Based on multi-source database questionnaire obtained extract relevant information within the three variables, after variable selection, model assumptions screening, and finally establish consumption Cox proportional hazards regression model based later moved to the theory of survival analysis of commuting, according to the regression results, get specific influence of the relevant variables. The results showed that:In all moved directions, the way of moved from center area to the periphery increases the maximum commuting time consumption; the influence of necessary moving to commute time consumption has gradually increased over the traditional sense effect of passive moved on; improved road transport facilities and bus services are good for commuting time control; consumption pressure in middle-aged middle-income groups face in the process moved to commute the largest in all groups. In summary, this paper moved from an individual point of view reveals the mechanism of the city moved to change individual commuting time to make up for the shortage of micro-level commuter problems existing research initiated by the move, and put forward relevant policy recommendations about commute time control.
