With the development of society,the index of reliability is demanded higher and higher,researchers continue to propose reliability analysis methods of structural system.For complex mechanical structure system with many failure modes,the current domestic and international research for how to achieve the integrated reliability design of overall structure is still in the blank.As a result,it is essential to research the method of reliability analysis aimed to complex system with failure correlation.The paper constructs a response surface model for each failure mode based on Monte Carlo and extreme response surface method.Each response surface model has a high global precision,to simulate the relationship of structural response and random variables,and then ganged sampling these response surface models to analyze the reliability of whole structure.Structural reliability analysis method is studied and decomposition coordination optimization method based on multiple response surface method is proposed.Aim at mechanical structure system which exist a variety of failure modes for each component,this paper solves failure correlation by using multiple response surface method based on failure probability models.Structural reliability analysis and decomposition coordination optimization are researched for realizing overall structural reliability optimization design method.Arrange optimization model reasonably by using sub planning and master planning,the multi-level optimization model and multiple response surface model are organic nested,realizing the fusion of multi-level optimization and multiple response surface.To verify the feasibility of multiple response surface method and decomposition coordination optimization method,taking disk and blade of a gas turbine and crank-rocker as examples for reliability analysis and reliability optimization design respectively by using ANSYS and MATLAB software.Compared with traditional reliability analysis and optimization method,this paper considers the failure correlation of components and provides an effective way to achieve the overall structural reliability analysis.In optimization,multi level models are established and combined with multiple response surface method,avoiding the huge scale of overall optimization,this method not only is easy to realize the parallel computation,but also improves the computing efficiency.
