The Harm Of Overload Transportation Of Truck To The Highway And The Effect Of The Economic Benefit

The highway overloading transportation is widespread in the world.Highway overloading transportation is not only easy to cause traffic accidents,caused by the vicious competition in the transport market and confusion,resulting in a decline in the quality of transport services and the serious pollution of the environment and other issues,but also will have great harmfor the highway pavementand a certain impacton the individual and social economy.For the current situation of highway overload,all countries have experienced a long process of governance overload transportation.Under the current environment,our country is still not optimistic about the highway overload transportation management.This project is divided into four steps,the first step is to summarize the results of the research on the damage and economic impact of the highway pavement by the previous studies.It will explain the basic theory of the overload transportation of Henan Province as an example,which willintroduce the current Henan Province Highway overloading transportation situation in three fingers,the current highway transport freight vehicle,overload ratio and overload vehicle tonnage utilization rate.Based on the analysis of the current situation of overload transportation in Henan Province,it will predict the situation of China's highway overload.The second step,using the calculation method of the current standard,is divided into three parts to study the damage of the highway.In the first part,the harm of overload transportation is discussed;The second part focuses on the analysis of the influence of overload transportation on the deflection value,tensile stress,compressive stress and shear stress of the highway;The third part,through mathematical calculation,analyzes the influence of overload transportation on vehicle braking distance.In addition,it performs a conversion of the overload transport vehicles standard shaft load,which will analyze vehicle overload ratio on the highway damage coefficient and the service life of the impact.The third step,using the qualitative analysis method,analyzes the influence of the overload transportation to the economic benefit,which obtains the related conclusion through the analysis of the influence of the highway overload transportation to the individual cost,the individual income and the social cost.The fourth step,according to our current highway overloading transportation situation and the management of highway overloading transportation problems,combined with above studies of overload transportation development forecast,the effects of overload transportation on road hazards and economic benefit,puts forward relevant measures about overloading transportation managementof our country in future.As is shown in the above study,highway overloading transportation in our country do have a great harm to public safety,road and bridge using life,transportation market stable and healthy economic development,which makes it imperative to take effective measures to deal with the overload transportation in our country.
