| With the rapid development of construction industry and engineering technology,Many of the old buildings in active service have become the obstacles to the development of modern social economy. However abandoning such old buildings or demolishing and rebuilding will cause pollution to the surrounding environment and waste of money. Therefore, the additional storeys and renovation of old buildings have attracted many attentions of the designers at home and abroad in recent years. Because the story-adding engineering not only can change the use of original building, but also can make the buildings have a brand-new look. And the economic benefits of story-adding engineering is better than reconstruction project,so the old building renovation project is not only in line with the pace of social progress, but also it is of great significance to the economic development of our country.In this paper, according to a story-adding engineering of the hotel which is a frame-shear wall structure in Shenyang, carry on the design of the add layer reinforcement scheme through the finite element analysis software SATWE. The main research contents are as follows: First of all, this paper systematically introduces the story-adding technology and strengthening technology and its applicability at the present stage, using the PKPM-structure module to model the original structure of the hotel and calculate internal force, getting the original structure beam column reinforcement, axial compression ratio and other related data,then according to the design conditions of story-adding structure re-model and draw the corresponding component information; Based on the comparison of the two model calculation data, sum up the reinforced beam column information, and according to the actual circumstance of engineering, prepare determine structure layer reinforcement scheme, then use the reinforcement difference of the same component in two model as the structure reinforcement design parameter, and design the reinforcement components which do not meet the requirements of the specification; Finally, according to the design reinforcement scheme, use the PKPMidentification and reinforcement module to reprocess the calculation model, and reanalysis the effect of the structure reinforcement scheme for building as a whole.The results show that the structure has good stability and seismic performance after the modification of the design scheme, and its other indexes all meet the requirements of the current standard. Therefore, this design method has a certain reference value for the similar story-adding project in the future. |
