For refrigeration industry, condenser is the equipment that must exit. However, until now there is not an effective cleaning technology for the scaling problem of the condenser. The cleaning technology that we use in nowadays most need a very big labor, long time and high cost, the worst is that if we want to clean it, we have to stop the condenser, which always caused economic losses to the industrial production.In this essay, based on the on-line cleaning technology, a kind of reciprocating ring online cleaning device is designed. The device works through the dynamic mechanism to make the cleaning ring periodically doing a reciprocating motion, using the friction between the pipe wall and the pipe wall to clean. The cleaning device can effectively and thoroughly remove dirt, while does not affect the condenser normal operation, it can also strengthen the enhancement of heat transfer. Reciprocating ring online cleaning device has a sample structure, easy operation. From an application perspective, it has greatly enriched the research of onlinecleaning technology and a certain reference value. For the practical engineering application it provides some guidance.In this paper, an on-line cleaning device for condenser fouling is designed. The influence of the cleaning device on the heat transfer performance of the condenser was analyzed by means of software analysis, the main work are list as follows:1) Analysis of advantages and disadvantages of various cleaning technology, with the fouling formation mechanism influencing factors of theory of dirt and so on, design a cleaning ring structure. With other on-line cleaning technology for consultation, design power mechanism that can automatic cleaning.2) On the basis of fluid mechanics and heat transfer, using FLUENT carry out numerical simulation for the condenser. When the Re=5000~35000,with the strengthening of comprehensive judgment formula of heat transfer theory, analysis influence of the shape of the cleaning ring's section, geometrical dimension H of section, the distance t of two cleaning ring and other parameter.3) Design orthogonal experiment, and through orthogonal experiment, get the optimum combination structure of the cleaning device.Through the experiment of the optimized structure, compare the error of experiment and numerical simulation value, verify the accuracy of the optimal structure.The comprehensive analyzing has made known that: in the three influencing factors, ring spacing t makes the biggest influence to the structure heat transfer, the second is the geometric size of the cross section H, and the last is section. When the ring spacing t=8mm, the geometric size of the cross section H=4mm, and the shape of section is rounded, comprehensive determination value of heat transfer G is minimum. It proves that this combination has the best heat transfer, while minimum power consumption. Comprehensive determination value of heat transfer G that gets from experiment compares with the one from numerical simulation, the error is within 10%, verify the correctness of the optimized structure, and achieved the expected results.
