Electric vehicles have been promoted in large scale. The large-scale development of electric vehicles is bound to bring great influence on traffic system and distribution system, so research on the mutual influence between electric vehicles, the traffic system and the istribution network system has become a hot issue. The charging load of electric vehicles is affected by many factors. In this paper, we consider electric vehicle battery characteristics, initial SOC, charging time, traffic distribution etc., to study the private car charging load forecasting method. To solve the problem of electric vehicle load forecasting, firstly, this paper studies the electric vehicle fast charging load distribution in time and space in urban traffic network, and have done simulation of fast charging load of electric vehicle using the actual road network in the city as an example. Secondly, it establishes the electric vehicle charging load spatial distribution forecasting model in intercity fast charging network, using the traffic distribution theory of the prediction of traffic flow distribution, combined with electric vehicle charging characteristics and travel route choice, to simulate electric vehicle charging load simulation in intercity fast charging network.Distribution network load forecasting considering electric vehicle access has important significance for evaluating the adaptability of charging facilities to the power grid. This paper discusses the method of evaluating the adaptability of distribution network to the electric vehicle access, and analyzes the influence of the electric vehicle fast charge load to the power grid voltage and network loss. The adaptability of the distribution network to electric vehicle access under charging path guidance is evaluated, and the influence of the traffic factors on the adaptability of the distribution network to the electric vehicle is analyzed. Evaluation of the adaptability of the distribution network to electric vehicle access under charging path guidance shows that, electric vehicle real-time charging route guidance makes the spatial and temporal distribution of loads in distribution network more reasonable, so as to improve the overall operating performance of the distribution network. In view of the influence of traffic factors on the adaptability of distribution network to the electric vehicle access, we consider temporal and spatial distribution of distribution network load under different traffic net speed limits. The simulation results show that, by choosing a better speed limiting scheme, the carrying capacity of distribution network for electric vehicle can be improved.
