| The development of the new energy automobile has greatly promoted the development of Li-ion power battery. As the main part of Li-ion power battery, the electrode has a great impact on the performance of the battery. Low efficiency and missing some defects easily caused by traditional manual inspection, have seriously hindered automatic production of the Li-ion power battery. The design and research of automatic inspection and sorting device for Li-ion power battery electrode will greatly improve the detection efficiency, accuracy and reliability.Firstly, the overall design of the automation system is proposed, which is divided into the visual inspection system, manipulator platform and control system. Then the generation mechanism of electrode defects and specific classification are analyzed, which provides the theory support for the design of image processing. For the visual inspection system is to design a reasonable image acquisition system and an effective image processing program, which can accurately obtain the electrode information and effectively inspect the defects. For the manipulator platform is to design the vacuum system, grab moving mechanism, turning mechanism, test platform and the material box. For the control system is to select the hardware components and develop the control program. Finally, the feasibility and efficiency of the device are verified by the design experiment.The operation effect of device proved well, which can realize the function of automatic inspection and sorting. Furthermore, the visual inspection program has good detection results. the detection rate is 97%, and the accuracy rate is 64.28% at least. The research will become a practical basis for industrialization and automation production of Li-ion battery. |
