Poor load regulation,poor operational stability and high emissions are the common problems of the large fossil turbines in china. So quickly and correctly coordinated control is the super critical unit, is also an important step in the control technology of thermal power generation, The characteristics of the control of large scale thermal power generation include:time varying, multi variable and nonlinear. In the super critical unit, it has the characteristics of strong coupling among the subsystems, poor heat storage capacity and so on, Automatic Generation Control(AGC) strategy use the the configuration logic which main foreign DCS manufacturers to provide, used in the main foreign DCS manufacturers to provide the configuration logic, its core idea is:Tuning the whole control system into open-loop regulation as possible, Feedback regulation play only minor regulatory roleThis kind of scheme is effective for the stability of coal, the stability of the unit equipment and the mature of the unit operation mode, But the control effect will be significantly worse for the domestic units, which are changeable, the unit control and the measuring equipment are not accurate, and the operating parameters often have large deviation with the design parameters. General measures can not achieve the expected requirements, therefore, domestic and foreign experts will be typical of fire control system as the power system in the forefront of research. In view of this, this paper on the following to super critical unit as the research object, the coordination control mode and strategy are studied. At last, combined with the actual case to solve the common problems commonly existing in the operation of domestic large-scale thermal power units at present, realize the coordination and optimization of supercritical unit.
