| With the development of the international shipping market, ship becomes an important transportation for the shipping industry, its corresponding facilities are toward to information, digitization, intelligence. As the basis of shipping industry,ship management also is facing the innovation of science and technology development and management concept. At present because of the lack of necessary data analysis, the ship management system is limited to data management. It is difficult to provide decisive and crucial information for enterprises, which does harm to enterprises to reduce operating costs, and improve the management level of the crew.Based on the PMS(Planned Maintenance System) concept, the thesis designs and implements a set of intelligent management system for ship voyage management,certification management, fuel management and crew management, which focuses on the comprehensive analysis of the crew’s development. First of all, this paper analyzes the PMS technology system and builds the system of ship intelligent management system, which combines with the actual demand of ship management. According to the correlation analysis, the factors and importance of crew’s relationship and development are discovered by using the RFCM algorithm to detect the crew management data. On the basis of the MVC model, JSP programming and My SQL database technology, the thesis designs and realizes the system operating platform.The system realizes the seamless shore based data link. According to the shore-based data packet the ship can maintain and update data.The realization of the informatization in voyage management, certificate management, fuel management and crew management meets the information needs of the crew, the enterprise and the maritime sector on the operation of the ship. It is significant to the monitoring and analysis of ship, reduce the cost of ship management,and improve the efficiency of the operation of the ship. The innovation in this research is:1)Based on the concept of PMS, the ship management system is built to realize the synchronous updating and sharing of the information resources of the ship management companies and the scientific analysis of the ship real-time monitoring and data through the Internet.2) Based on the theory of data correlation analysis, the factors and the importance of the growth of crew members are analyzed, which can provide support and help for enterprises to improve the management level of the crew. |
