Research In Quality Control Factors Of Vanke-yulongshan Project

With the sustainable development and improvement of the quality management system of construction in our country, China’s construction quality tend to be more scientific and reasonable,.However, in the actual contruction, the quality control in different enterprises is still affected by different factors with all kinds of loopholes and shortcomings. Yulongshan project in Yantai is one of the most important projects for VANKE group, and the first phase will be completed recently. As one of persons in charge of the project, the author found a series of quality control problems exposed during the first phase of the project. It is necessary to combine the actual construction quality control in the process of project implementation,and target analyzes of the management details, seek the key factors and build a scientific and effective quality management system, which can ensure the reasonable project operation and provides reference for other project’s quality management.Considering the important position of contruction quality control and subject for specific- Yantai Vanke-yulongshan project, using the expert questionnaire survey method and the practical experience, the author summarizes problems, which is regarded as the factors of the project. Then the author evaluates those problems, analyzes the way they affect the quality control. The author aims to establish a system which is scientific, reasonable, and beneficial to the project’s safety and effective for the quality management, which also provide reference for different project quality management measures in the future.Here, the author summarizes and analyzes the current situation of the project quality control, finds out the existing problems, and analyzes the factors affecting the quality control. The five factors are personnel, equipment, methods, materials and environment. Then the author establishes the influencing factor index system, and uses the DEMATEL-ANP model to analyze the influencing factors.At last, the author gives the index weights to each influence factor. It is found out that factors which affect others easily and factors which are easily affected, at the same time, the method and the personnel are the most important factors to the quality control. Based on the index weights, in the final of the paper, the author summarizes the promotion scheme and the measures of safeguard.This paper is to study the Yulongshan project case and the conclusions and the data also have certain reference to other engineering projects.
