Development Of A Gas Pre-concentration Device And A Pumping Sampling E-nose

Electronic nose is a kind of bionic odor recognition system, which is widely used in the fields of food industry, health, safety, environmental protection, drug industry, public security, military and so on. With the continuous development and research of its applications, the era of electronic commerce has already come. Miniaturization,miniaturization and portable has already become the basic characteristics of commercial electronic nose, and the structure of electronic nose also showed a lot of new features,especially the electronic nose sampling system, which determines the size and price of the electronic nose.Sampling is one of the key components of the electronic nose system, which includes the types of headspace sampling, sampling, sampling, sampling and so on. This paper developed a gas concentration device and a suction pump odor analyzer. Gas concentration device is a sampling device, with the enriching sampling function; pump suction smell analyzer is a electronic nose. It has independent of odor identification ability, independent work. Although the gas concentration device does not have the ability to identify odor analysis, it must be combined with the electronic nose to analyze the odor, but it can greatly improve the ability to identify the electronic nose.In order to test the performance of gas concentration device, this paper designed the identification experiment. Through the identification of 5 liquor samples, to detect whether the gas concentration device can improve the ability to identify the smell of electronic nose.The results showed that: the direct headspace sampling and testing of the electronic nose could not identify the liquor, and the electronic nose was identified under the sampling, and the identification accuracy was 100% for the 5 samples. This shows that the gas concentration device can greatly improve the ability to identify the smell of electronic nose.Pump suction odor analyzer is a portable electronic nose, with the basic structure of the electronic nose, smell can be analyzed independently. In the sampling system, we developed a pump suction sampling system, which can not only separate sampling, but also can be combined with other sampling methods. In the power supply system, in order to increase the scope of its application, we developed a dual power supply system: power supply adapterand rechargeable battery power supply. For the convenience and stability of communication,we developed a dual communication mode: USB connection and WIFI connection.
