Study soilability fuel contamination prevention of adhesion properties of the boiler has a very important practical significance. In this paper, the use of infrared spectroscopy and BET specific surface area of the three Turkish fuel soilability is appied to analysis turkey asphalt rock, quasi-East coal, lignite Hailar's characteristic and revealed the formation mechanism of the fuel adhesion. In the while, using one kind of pressure measuring device to test bench in three kinds of tests special fuel pressure in the reaction chamber, and put forward a new criterion for staining properties of this particular fuel. After three special fuel and low-temperature oxidation experiments, the fuel pressure changes again in the reaction chamber, and proposes new fuel for this particular performance criterion contamination. Results show that low-temperature oxidation reduces the adhesion of fuel.In the turkey asphalt rock, quasi-East coal, lignite Hailar industrial analysis and elemental analysis experiment, asphalt rock volatile is more than the quasi-East coal, lignite Hailar to be much higher, reaching 54.3%, a high content of sulfur element, three fuels have higher ash content, moisture quasi-East coal and lignite Hailar relatively low; Turkey asphalt rock composition acidic ash content, Turkish rock asphalt hot ash and low ash composition and the other two components of the composition a huge difference. Gray ash in the high temperature than low temperature characteristic temperature is higher, and the characteristic temperature asphalt rocks off than the other two to be higher. Asphalt rock, quasi-East coal, lignite Hailar surface area and pore volume gradually increases, respectively, while the average pore size is reduced in turn. The larger the fuel particle size, the smaller the maximum rate of weight loss, the heating rate is increased, the weight loss reaches the maximum and transfer to the high temperature zone.By measuring the different particle size, atmosphere, heating rate of three kinds of fuel in the reaction chamber pressure experiment, the particle size is reduced corresponding to the measured pressure decreases experiments, which characterize the adhesion decreased; in air there is an obvious high to low, the middle of a process of change is maximum, but under CO2 and N2 inert gas reaction chamber pressure with increasing temperature, pressure has been increased. Heating rate, the maximum pressure reducing fuel adhesion decreased. According to the material characteristics of the fuel analysis, a new adhesion criterion R is summed up.In the turkey asphalt rock, quasi-East coal, lignite Hailar low-temperature oxidation test sample, while the sample after oxidation reached the maximum pressure, its temperature and the maximum pressure is droped; low-temperature oxidation can greatly reduce the adhesion of fuel. Oxidation of the sample surface becomes more rough, aperture increases. After the oxidation of the active ingredient content of the fuel is reduced, reducing volatiles. Low temperature oxidation makes physical and chemical properties of fuel changes greatly.
