Fusion reactor device can be used to confinement fusion reaction which will produce high temperature plasma stream in its processing. Fusion reactor device determines the feasibility of the nuclear fusion reactor. Plasma Facing Materials(PFMs) are important materials in nuclear fusion reactor. Metal tungsten(W) is considered to be one of the most promising PFMs candidate materials, In the future, it is likely to be applied to the fusion device. coating technology is one of the most effective way When manufacturing plasma Facing components(PFCs). Atmospheric plasma spraying(APS) is simple to operate, low cost, high efficiency, so it is applied to tungsten coating manufacturing.This paper do some studies on APS-W coating, its Basement is Metal molybdenum. In the process of APS,the particle's velocity monitoring, temperature monitoring and flow monitoring,giving the Particle state parameters and the intuitive description of the Particle state In the process of APS technology. Describe the oxidation mechanism and pore forming mechanism in the processing of APS. Vacuum annealing under high temperature and hydrogen annealing under low temperature to reduce oxygen content and porosity of tungsten coatings. The experiment set different annealing temperature and time curve, The microstructure, porosity, oxygen content and micro-hardness were characterized. Emphatically analysing and studying the influence of Vacuum annealing under high temperature on coating porosity, oxygen content, and the thickness of the interface between the molybdenum basement and the tungsten coatings.Experimental results show that: vacuum annealing in 1100 ? ~ 2100 ? can reduce the oxygen content of the tungsten coating, in this processing, Tungsten coating are re-crystallization, the median pore diameter and porosity are all increasing, the coating hardness reduced, the thickness of the interface between the molybdenum basement and the tungsten coatings is increasing. hydrogen annealing in 800 ? can reduce coating`s oxygen content in a relatively short time, and not influencing the porosity of the coating and hardness.The device of HCPEB(high- intensity current pulsed electron beam) could simulate the ELMs, tungsten coatings modified by high- intensity current pulse electron beam. The performance of the coatings after vacuum annealing handling under high temperature are superior to the original coatings as a whole.
