Inorganic phosphate cement is a new type of cement material which gets from a kind of chemical reaction(acid-base neutralization reaction) generated a kind of bonding properties of new materials, which is characterized by fast hardening and high early strength, good dimensional stability, high temperature resistance, and better compatibility with old concrete, strong environmental adaptability and so on. But the setting time is too short, the performance is difficult to meet the operational requirements of construction sites, and its research in strengthening concrete structures is verysmall. This paper studies that the influence to the setting timeand work performance when added different mineral admixture. A group of superior performance ratio is selectedfrom high temperature resistance performance to reinforce concrete spicules and test of simple shear, while testing its fire-resistant properties, their strength and microstructure change under acidic conditions, the main results achieved are:1?When phosphate is NaH2 PO4?2H2O, regardless of mineral mixed collection material for fly ash, and metakaolin, and hydrogen oxidation aluminum and silicon gray stone, through adjustment ratio, its setting time and the work performance can meet construction needs, when retarders is acid, the mineral admixture is metakaolin has a higher strength; when retarders is borax the mineral admixture is fly ash, silica, aluminum hydroxide has a higher strength, whether phosphate is NaH2 PO4?2H2O or KH2PO4, when fly ash is used as mineral admixtures it has a higher strength. 2?At 250??500??750??1000?and1250?,the performance of 7# is better than others;concrete beam strengthened by carbon fiber sheets when use 7# ratio,its flexural strength was 1.96 times better than the bare beams, close to the organic gum,but its fracture mode is non-ideal model and infiltrating properties of inorganic adhesive on fiber is bad. When use fiber network,the fiber was drawn from the inorganic adhesive. First curing fiber tablets material and then reinforce concrete can improved the stress concentrated phenomenon, Mechanical roller coating can improve the properties of inorganic adhesive on fiber, the fault model is the ideal model, the ultimate shear strength is up to 1.48 MP,near to the organic glue, after Kerosene torches burned 5 minutes, it still has better reinforcement, but organic adhesive has completely lost its reinforcement, while large areas of carbon is oxidized.3?Whether in a solution deionized water, PH=2 or PH=4, soak a month will appeared different degree of crack, and with soaking time of extended, its crack will gradually variable wide, Its strength change trend is that first small drop, then rebounded to a certain degree, and then with the increase of age, its strength gradually declined, when soak a month later, its highest compressive strength is over than 30 MPa,the change of its microstructure and compressive strength have a very good relationship.
