Research On Balcony Design Of Contemporary Residential Buildings In Cold Regions

In the background of our country entering into the late stage of urbanization,residential building demands of cold regions gradually stabilized. Residential buildings’ quantitative completion will lead to pursuit of residential buildings’ superior quality.The design of residential buildings will be a major factor in measuring the value of the buildings. Compared with other regions, the fine design of residential buildings in cold regions is very unsound. The emphasis and key points of the design are very different from other regions. Balcony is the most special part in a residential building, it connect the inter space and the outer space. Meanwhile, balcony has the potential to adjust the building into cold weather, which is obviously underestimated. The research of its cold adapted ability still need to be supplied, which resulting in the absence of demand.Therefore, this article is based on the contemporary, to the residential building balcony as the research object, to explore the living, comfort, green ecology and other requirements, improve the quality of residential building.The research methods of this paper is the summary of theoretical research and case study. Firstly, the paper makes a systematic collection and integration of the literature on the multiple perspectives. Through the combination of theoretical experience and perceptual knowledge, it summarizes the significance of the balcony to the residential building, analyzes the factors that affect the design, and finally obtains the basic design principles of regional, contemporary and green. Secondly, the modern residential building balcony design and dismantling of the function and form two aspects. In the third chapter, the main function of the three main functions of the residential building Terrace: the function of human settlement, the function of landscape and the function of the transition, the function of the balcony and the space of the balcony, and the interaction with the interface and the structure of the students. In the fourth chapter, the research on the form of residential building balcony is arranged in the form of the balcony, and then the balcony is constructed, and the model elements are refined and analyzed in the end.To meet the requirements of the construction of high- quality residential buildings,informative study of balconies of residential buildings is extremely essential. It is a far-reaching impact on the basis of the project. In order to solve the problem that thebalcony design of residential building in cold area is lagging behind, the paper start from the basic design of it. This paper tries to find a more suitable design model and design concept of an characteristics, sustainable balcony of residential buildings, and provides a new way for the design of residential buildings in cold regions of China.
