Research On The Planning And Design Strategy Of Shenzhen Creative Design Class Industrial Park Based On Post Occupancy Evaluation

In the past decade years, Creative industrial park set off a wave of construction in the major cities of China, as th e material carrier of the creative industries developed.Under the wave of the construction, however, there are still many creative industrial park disappear because of ignoring the demand of creative people.Creative class is the core of Creative industrial park. If leving creative class, the creative industrial park will decline.In Shenzhen, many creative industrial parks have been completed for creative class providing the jobs and entrepreneurial platform. Based on Shenzhen industry advantage, a beacon of creative design class industrial park has been built. Therefore, this research is based on the creative class as the research object for its satisfaction of creative design class industrial park in Shenzhen, by using Post Occupancy Evaluation.And this research is for the later creative industrial park construction to seek the rational and scientific design strategy and the way of thinking.This research have followed the line of "the basic theory research – the research of creative design class indusry par k in Shenzhen – the analysis of Post Occupancy Evaluation results – the planning and design strategy". Firstly, the research have summarized the related classic theory on creative industry to conclude its enlightenment for the construction of Post Occupanc y Evaluation system. And the paper research the method of Post Occupancy Evaluation, puting forward the research framework of Post Occupancy Evaluation in this paper. Combined with the general overall study on the creative industrial park in Shenzhen, four creative design class industrial park have been selected out in this paper, and have been studied on the basic research in detail.Then, the four creative design class industrial park in Shenzhen after use. In the first, the research of the four creative design class industrial parks have been done field investigation, observing the behavior of those creative class. And then, evaluation factors have been selected after establishing the basis evaluation factors, combining research interview and trying out t he questionnaire. And according to the feedback of the investigation questionnaire, creative class have evaluated the park where they worded, respectively from the accessibility, construction quality, and service facilities, management and service, creativ e atmosphere in five aspects. The evaluation results have been calculated by the method of statistical afterwards. And then, the research have explain the results of Post Occupancy Evaluation with the objective research. From the perspective of the creative class, the advantages and disadvantages have been summarized on four creative design class industrial park to be the basis of the planning strategy. Finally, the creative design of Shenzhen industrial park planning and design strategy have been summarizes, and planning and design strategies are put forward from the aspects of industry, the park traffic, construction quality, supporting facilities, public space shape and creative atmosphere build four aspects.The author hopes to through the research of Post Occupancy Evaluation in this paper, the creative industrial park in Shen Zhen after the evaluation research, trying to build feedback mechanism between designers and the creative class, for later construction of creative people satisfied with the creativ e industrial park.
