Nowadays world, industry developing rapidly, with the development of visual measurement technology, aircraft wings and flutter visual distortion measurement technique has also been in depth research and a wide range of applications, stereo vision measurement is also play a more and more important role in the aircraft flutter airworthiness testing. Visual measurement integrating many advanced science and technology.It played an extremely important role in large industrial such as aerospace, defense and military, automotive and ships etc..This paper describes the current status of research airworthiness flutter technology and stereo matching technique, based on the theoretical model and finite element simulation analysis of the establishment and solver, wing flutter patterns studied, obtained machine wing flutter constant amplitude and frequency of law.In this paper, vision measurement system is elaborated, describes the conversion between visual measurement technology models and camera with the world coordinate system, cleared image acquisition system, camera parameter calibration systems, image processing and feature extraction, 3D reconstruction techniques in stereoscopic measurement techniques and research methods. Visual measurement of internal and external camera calibration parameters discussions on the analysis of different parameters on the calibration methods, mathematical theory by analyzing the three-dimensional visual needs clear solver parameters. Complete hardware and software to build model solver by checkerboard calibration experiments build binocular vision measurement model and accurately measured by the camera based on the initial network build camera calibration experiments within the parameters to improve the measurement accuracy.Expand the model by analyzing the mathematical theory of feature extraction and stereo matching algorithm research, innovative introduction of a new image feature extraction SIFT(Scale Invariant Feature Transform) algorithm is applied to passive features(code identification with reflective material) the feature extraction, extraction and matching work based on the features of the image, through several experiments completed image disparity map ranging experiment and verify the SIFT feature extraction reliability and accuracy.
