With the rapid development of civil aviation transportation industry, the support requirements on the ground are getting higher and higher, while the scale of the airport construction is expanding. Bridge load equipment that is a kind of green energy equipment can make the observably economic benefits and well social benefits. The analysis and evaluation for operation and maintenance data on bridge load equipment will make the great the great practical significance to improve the safety, efficiency, energy saving and standardization of the whole industry. At present, the integrated monitoring management device on the bridge load equipment in the domestic civil airport usually cannot able to realize the fault parameter state prediction and eliminate the fuzzy and coupling of the data.The research of the scientific performance evaluation on the bridge borne equipment is still blank, which leads to the blindness and mandatory on the procurement and promotion. In view of the above problems, this paper presents the practical solutions.Firstly, the paper shows the structure and working principle of the bridge load equipment(including the static power and the air conditioning unit) and defines the concept of the operating maintenance mode about the static power and the air conditioning units. The safety monitoring data on the bridge load equipment pave the way for exploring the fault managing methods and the effectiveness evaluation methods.Then, the paper shows the category and the characteristics of the clustering analysis technology. It is proposed W_K-Means clustering algorithm based on improved K-Means algorithm. By selecting the standard UCI data sets, W_K-Means algorithm can compare with other classical clustering algorithms. The simulation of the W_K-Means algorithms can provide association analysis database with the basis.Moreover, the paper shows the category and the characteristics of the correlation analysis methods. It is proposed W_DHPBS association algorithm based on improved DHPBS algorithm. By selecting the Quest DataFactory data set, W_DHPBS algorithm can compare with other classical association algorithms. The simulation of W_DHPBS algorithm can provide effectiveness evaluation problem with the basis.Finally, by constructing the effectiveness evaluation index system of the static powerand the air conditioning units, the paper make the integrated effectiveness evaluation using the composite gray method and the improved fuzzy AHP and compare with other classical effectiveness evaluation method, which provides manufacturers and the actual job site with the reference.
